7. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services will be specified in the applicable service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 30 (thirty) days of issuance. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, PT Trini Solusi Teknologi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to PT Trini Solusi Teknologi during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We will, however, use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the quality and reliability of our deliverables.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PT Trini Solusi Teknologi, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tangerang Selatan, Banten, Indonesia.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability
